Park Güell at 09:30 = first tourist slot. Lightest crowds, best morning light on the mosaics.
Taxi from Güell to MNAC is ~20 min — you arrive at 11:30 with 6.5 hrs of Montjuïc daylight.
If rain: skip cable car + castle, extend MNAC (Romanesque murals alone fill 2+ hrs) or add La Pedrera as a rain backup.
Montjuïc funicular is temporarily out of service; TMB runs a shuttle bus.
